We had the queen studio which was brand-new and romantic in my pictures. We liked enormous breakfast with a view of the caldera, offered by the hotel.

Great location, peaceful, amazing views, nice room, helpful staff, two pools.
Nothing, all great.

Location, location, location! Wonderful views, total silence, complete chill. Breakfast on the balcony. Sea views from front and back.Lovely pool with views even in the water! The very first complex on the outskirts of Oia, but the buses stop right outside. 15 minute walk on cliff top to the centre. Independent taverna 2 mins away with good food, live music and friendly hosts.Staff went out of their way to help, coming out to pick us up twice in 24 hours. Upgraded free of charge without requesting it. Far from luxury accomodation but worth every penny for the view and peaceful atmosphere. I will be returning as soon as possible.

I recently stayed at Atlantida Villas for 5 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The view from the hotel is truly breathtaking - exactly what you expect when visiting Santorini. The breakfast served on the roof terrace was simple but enjoyable, with a stunning view of the caldera. I loved the small pool right outside our room, overlooking the caldera and the path to Fira. The staff were friendly and helpful, arranging transportation to the airport for us. it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again.
Can recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly ad extremely helpful. The atmosphere of the villas was very charming. Breakfast was generous and tasty. The walk into the centre of Oia was very pleasant.
The bathroom was a bit dated.

The view of the caldera was fabulous. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The children loved the mezzanine bedroom and the pool. The housekeeping and bar/breakfast staff were very attentive. There was ample parking (a bonus in Oia!). The included breakfast was good and plentiful - the yogurt was delicious! The peace and quiet on the terrace at night was sublime! We could have watched the twinkling lights and the boats going past for ever.
The mattress on the double bed was hard and uncomfortable. I didn't like the bed being up against the wall, although I realise the built-in aspect of it was part of the local charm. A buffet-style breakfast would be less wasteful, especially with children. Hot milk for the coffee would be a huge improvement!

The location of this hotel is perfect, with wonderful caldera views from all apartments and an easy 20-minute stroll into Oia village along the seafront walk. The rooms are well-equipped, with amenities like a fridge, sink, and kitchen table, making it convenient for guests. The staff here are friendly and attentive, ensuring that guests have a pleasant stay.
Everything was satisfactory; there was nothing that needed improvement.

I liked the view from the hotel, on the volcano, really gorgeous. I was at a small distance by foot to Oia even with a toddler. The breakfast was excellent - very exceptionnal.
The rooms and the hotel in general could use some updates. There were no place to put really your clothes - could only hang some. No place in the bathroom either to put some products. With some modern little adjustments it could be a better quality - priced hotel.

Good location, close enough to the centre of Oia, but far enough away to be nice and quiet. Beautiful views. George, the owner, was very welcoming and helpful.
For the price I expected a bit more luxury, the rooms were very basic. Limited storage in the accommodation, beds not very comfortable. Sun beds around the pool were also not at all confortable. Breakfast was ok but there was no choice, and was very repetitive.

This hotel is situated on the outskirts of Oia, on the cliffs overlooking the caldera of Santorini. The location is absolutely stunning, with a fabulous view of the Caldera from our balcony. We couldn't get enough of the breathtaking views and enjoyed watching the sunset every evening. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the prices for hotels in this area. The basic amenities provided in the rooms were sufficient, and we appreciated the attention to detail in the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel.
All was more than ok, we had a fantastic stay.

The view was great but that was all.
I was very dissappointed with the accomodation. It was suppose to be a 2 bedroom appt. The 2nd bedroom was within the kitchen & living space it was all very small and old looking. When we arrived the pool was green it had a lot of algy in it it took at least 2 days to sort it out as this can be dangerous to swim in! The breakfast was poor the orange juice was not drinkable! For the money I would have expected much better.

Georges is the perfect host - courteous, helpful and unflappable! We have stayed with him twice now and were planning to return next year. The rooms all havecavspecular view of the caldera and there are plenty of great tavernas nearby.
Suggestion for improvement: perhaps you could provide a poolside bar?

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its location was convenient for getting to both Oia and Fira. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Parking was available at the property, which was very convenient for us. Additionally, the breakfast provided offered a beautiful view of the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist us in finding transportation or recommending local spots to visit.
All was good.
